Your guest book, step by step
A tailored process from the first exchange to the delivery of printed booklets, all within a clear and seamless framework.
A first exchange by phone or email to understand your property, your expectations, desires, and the specifics of your clientele. You will then receive a link to a form to refine your creative brief.
Once your needs are defined, you will receive a detailed quote including the desired options (number of pages, printing, translation, etc.).
→ 50% of the payment is required upon signing to start the project.
Creation of the cover and a sample spread to lay the graphical foundation of the booklet (mood, layout, tone of writing, typography choices, etc.). You will validate or adjust this proposal.
For some designs, I incorporate hot stamping or embossing to elevate the identity of the property. If it naturally fits the artistic direction, I will provide an adjusted quote after validating the graphic style.
Layout of all content based on the elements provided (texts, photos, local recommendations, etc.). The possibility to include rewriting or partial writing depending on your needs.
Up to 3 rounds of modifications are included, to refine every detail and ensure the booklet aligns perfectly with your image.
Once the final proof (BAT) is approved, the booklet will be exported as a high-quality PDF (for printing) and a web PDF (for digital sharing).
The delivery of the PDF files in digital format will be completed within 3 weeks from the date of the signed quote.→ The remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.
Your booklets will be printed in a premium workshop. They will be carefully packaged and sent to you, ready to be placed in your property.
The delivery of physical copies will be completed within 4 weeks from the date of the signed quote
